If a live Zoom class series doesn't fit your schedule, you can workout on your own time with a Library Pass! Choose either the 2-month ($32) OR 3-month ($45) Library Pass and get 24/7 access to specified collections of digital content in the FitnessMuse Content Library (no live Zoom class access). Passes become active immediately upon purchase and automatically expire after the designated duration. *Please note: you need an internet connection and computer, laptop, or mobile device in order to view the recordings.

LIBRARY PASS: AEROBICS LIGHT Aerobics Light combines low-impact, easy-paced aerobic exercises and simple dance steps set to music to improve your cardiovascular system, stamina, balance, and overall agility. The pace and movements can be modified to your own level. The workout concludes with upper body strength training using hand-held weights. LIBRARY PASS: BETTER BONES & POSTURE In this Pilates-based fitness program you will practice safe and effective standing and mat exercises that form the pillars of bone-healthy movement. The exercises are designed to improve posture and balance, increase strength and flexibility, and reduce your risk for falls. LIBRARY PASS: GENTLE PILATES Discover long-forgotten muscles and bring pleasure back to movement with Pilates! This workout includes a variety of mat exercises based on the Pilates movement method and designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body strength. LIBRARY PASS: 30-MINUTE MAT + PILATES BALL COMBO Includes content from the 30-Minute Mat Pilates class, an invigorating half hour of Pilates-based mat exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build upper body strength AND the Pilates Ball Workout class, which uses a large stability ball to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based strength and mobility movements. Please note these are intermediate level workouts. You will need: a mat, stability ball, resistance band, a 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar), and two sets of hand-held weights (1- 2-pound and 4- to 8-pound). LIBRARY PASS: STRETCH & STRENGTHEN COMBO Includes content from the 30-minute Seated Stretch & Strengthen class, designed to build strength and fine-tune flexibility, improve posture, and lower your risk for falls. Includes some standing exercises (generally in the last 5-10 minutes of class) AND the Chair-Assisted Aerobics & Strength class, a 45-minute seated and active standing/light aerobic exercise class designed to build strength, stamina, and coordination. You will need: a sturdy chair (no wheels!), hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength), and a resistance band. LIBRARY PASS: ZUMBA GOLD Tone up, build strength, and dance your way to good health with this Latin-inspired, low-impact, cardio-based workout. Learning and practicing dance moves not only improves your balance, coordination, and agility, it's a great workout for the brain! A perk of the pre-recorded workouts: you can slow down the playback speed and re-play moves as often as you'd like, making it easier to learn challenging choreography.
