CLASS REGISTRATION: To enroll in a live FitnessMuse Zoom class series, you must purchase a Class Pass (pass includes live classes and access to the Content Library). Follow instructions below corresponding to your student status and payment method.
LIBRARY PASS: To purchase a Content Library Pass (access to Content Library only, no live classes included), follow the instructions below corresponding to your student status and payment method. Library Passes become active immediatelyupon purchase and automatically expire after the designated duration.
CURRENT student paying by credit card: 1) To purchase a pass, sign in to your FitnessMuse.Punchpass.com account. Remember to sign in using the same email address at which you receive FitnessMuse Punchpass class reminders and the same password you created when you set up your login. If you forgot your password, you have the option to reset it. Just make sure you continue to use the same email address because that is how you are recognized in the system.
2) From the FitnessMuse Punchpass menu bar, select "Purchase a Pass" and follow the prompts. If you are registering for more than one class series and/or Library Pass, stay logged in until you have completed your purchases.
3)You will receive registration confirmation and the class Zoom links (if purchasing a class pass) via email from my FitnessMuse Punchpass system. Visit the FAQs page for more information about the Punchpass system.
NEW student paying by credit card: 1) You will need to set up an account (it's free, fast, and easy) and sign the waiver of liability before purchasing a Class Pass or Library Pass. Go to FitnessMuse.Punchpass.com and click on "Create An Account". Follow the instructions for creating an account.
2) Once you have created an account and signed the waiver, follow the instructions above ("Current student paying by credit card") to purchase your Class Pass or Library Pass.
CURRENT OR NEW student paying by check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal:
1)Email me with the name of the class(es) and/or Library Pass(es) you would like to purchase and the payment method you will be using. Please allow AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the first class for me to process your request.
REFUND POLICY: Fitnessmuse classes are sold as a series. Unattended classes in a series cannot be refunded, however, if you cancel PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS in the series, your Class Pass is fully refundable, or transferable to a class series of same value. Once a series has started, your Class Pass is not refundable, however, you may choose to transfer the remaining value of your Class Pass to a different class series of same dollar value. Contact fitnessmuse@gmail.com to cancel prior to the first class, or to discuss transfer options. Content Library Passes are non-refundable and automatically expire at the end of the stated duration.
