Exercising for Bone Health

Better Bones and Posture: Benefit your body, bones, and mind this gentle Pilates-based fitness program. You will practice safe and effective standing, seated, and floor exercises designed to improve posture and balance, and increase strength and flexibility. Please note: You must be able to get down to the floor for mat exercises for the last 30 minutes of class. For more information, visit Class Descriptions.
