I CAN'T FIND THE CLASS ZOOM LINK!Punchpass sends automated Reservation Reminder emails with the class Zoom link to every registered student approximately 48 hours, and again 20 minutes, before each class. Occasionally the automated Punchpass emails containing the class Zoom link end up in your spam folder or may be rejected by your email server and never arrive in your inbox or spam folder. If you can’t find your Reservation Reminder email (check your spam or junk folder first!), here is another way to retrieve the Zoom link before class. You need a FitnessMuse Punchpass account to access this feature. Step 1) Go to fitnessmuse.punchpass.com to sign in. Step 2)Sign in using the same email address at which you receive Punchpass class reminders and the same password you created when you set up your login. If you have forgotten your password, no worries, you have the option to reset it. Just make sure you continue to use the same email address because that is how you are recognized in the system. Do not use the "Sign in with Google" option unless your gmail address is the same email address at which you receive Punchpass class reminders. Step 3) Once you are signed in, select "My Reservations" in the blue menu bar. If you don’t see a blue menu bar, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper corner of your screen, then select "My Reservations" in the menu. Step 4) When you select "My Reservations", you should see a list of your upcoming classes. The Zoom link, meeting ID and password will be posted here approximately 24 hours before each class starts. You can also click on “Add to my Calendar” to add the class information to your calendar.
