WHAT IS PUNCHPASS? Punchpass is the online customer management system I use to schedule classes, register participants, manage Zoom links, and maintain a digital library for participants to access. When you register for a class -- whether by credit card or other payment method -- your name and email address are added to my FitnessMuse Punchpass database. Payment by credit card is managed by an online payment system called Stripe. Neither I nor Punchpass collect or store your credit card information.
WHY AM I RECEIVING EMAILS THAT HAVE "PUNCHPASS" IN THE SENDER NAME? Punchpass sends automated email reminders to every registered student approximately 48 hours, and again 20 minutes, before each class. These emails contain the subject line “Reservation Reminder” and include the Zoom link, meeting ID, and password for the class. Make sure you or your email server do not send these emails into your spam or junk folder! If you find a FitnessMuse Punchpass message in your spam folder, move it to your inbox to help train your server to recognize these emails. If you feel like you are getting too many emails from Punchpass, I recommend setting up a filter so the emails automatically get routed to a separate folder that you can check/toss when the class series is finished.
DO I HAVE TO SET UP A FITNESSMUSE.PUNCHPASS.COM ACCOUNT? Punchpass has several great features you can access while you are signed up for my classes. If you registered for class by credit card, you already set up an account as part of the payment process. You are not required to have an account to access the live classes for which you are registered. However, you do need an account if you want to access the Content Library or if you lost track of the Zoom link and need to find it before class (see instructions below). I CAN'T FIND THE CLASS ZOOM LINK!Punchpass sends automated Reservation Reminder emails with the class Zoom link to every registered student approximately 48 hours, and again 20 minutes, before each class. Occasionally the automated Punchpass emails containing the class Zoom link end up in your spam folder or may be rejected by your email server and never arrive in your inbox or spam folder. If you can’t find your Reservation Reminder email (check your spam or junk folder first!), here is another way to retrieve the Zoom link before class. You need a FitnessMuse Punchpass account to access this feature. Step 1) Go to fitnessmuse.punchpass.com to sign in. Step 2)Sign in using the same email address at which you receive Punchpass class reminders and the same password you created when you set up your login. If you have forgotten your password, no worries, you have the option to reset it. Just make sure you continue to use the same email address because that is how you are recognized in the system. Do not use the "Sign in with Google" option unless your gmail address is the same email address at which you receive Punchpass class reminders. Step 3) Once you are signed in, select "My Reservations" in the blue menu bar. If you don’t see a blue menu bar, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper corner of your screen, then select "My Reservations" in the menu. Step 4) When you select "My Reservations", you should see a list of your upcoming classes. The Zoom link, meeting ID and password will be posted here approximately 24 hours before each class starts. You can also click on “Add to my Calendar” to add the class information to your calendar.
