AEROBICS LIGHT
Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00am / $50 / March 22 - May 31
Thursdays 9:00 - 10:00am / $50 / March 24 - June 2

This class combines low-impact, easy-paced aerobic exercises and simple dance steps set to music to improve your cardiovascular system, stamina, balance, and overall agility. The pace and movements can be modified to your own level. Class concludes with upper body strength training using hand-held weights. You will need: weights, space to move around.

BETTER BONES & POSTURE
Wednesdays 1:30 - 2:30pm / $50 / March 23 - June 1

In this Pilates-based fitness program you will practice safe and effective standing and mat exercises that form the pillars of bone-healthy movement. The exercises are designed to improve posture and balance, increase strength and flexibility, and reduce your risk for falls. You will need: a sturdy chair, a mat, hand-held weights*, a resistance band, and pillows or towels to cushion your bones while on the mat. *It's best to have two sets of weights: a lighter set (1- to 2-pound -- soup cans work in a pinch), and a heavier set (3- to 8-pound).

GENTLE PILATES
Mondays 10:15 - 11:15am / $50 / March 21 - May 30

Discover long-forgotten muscles and bring pleasure back to movement with Pilates! This class includes a variety of mat exercises based on the Pilates movement method and designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body strength. You will need: a mat, 1- to 2-pound weights, resistance band, 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar), and pillows or towels to cushion your bones.

30-MINUTE MAT PILATES
Tuesdays 9:00 - 9:30am / $25 / March 22 - May 31

Start your morning with an invigorating half hour of Pilates-based mat exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build upper body strength. Prior Pilates experience helpful but not required. This is an intermediate level class, but many of the movements can be modified. You will need: a mat, 1- to 2-pound weights, a resistance band, and 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar).

​PILATES BALL WORKOUT
Wednesdays 11:45am - 12:45pm / March 23 - June 1
Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this intermediate level class using a large exercise ball to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. You will need: a mat, stability ball, resistance band, and hand-held weights. (See How to Purchase a Stability Ball to determine what size to buy and where.)
SEATED STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
Tuesdays 11:30am - 12:00pm / $25 / March 22 - May 31
Thursdays 10:30 - 11:00am / $25 / March 24 - June 2

Build your strength and fine-tune your flexibility in this 30-minute seated exercise class. You will practice a variety of movements designed to improve your posture, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. The last 5 minutes of class includes standing exercises. You will need: a sturdy chair (no wheels!), hand-held weights, and a resistance band. Many of the exercises can be performed standing or you can sit on a stability ball for balance and core challenge.

STRETCH, STRENGTHEN & CONDITION
Mondays 
11:30am - 12:15pm / $37.50 / March 21 - May 30

Build strength, stamina, and coordination in this 45-minute seated and active standing/light aerobic exercise class. You will practice a variety of movements designed to improve agility and balance, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. You will need: a sturdy chair (no wheels!), hand-held weights, and a resistance band. Many of the exercises can be performed either seated or standing, allowing you to modify as needed.

​ZUMBA GOLD
​Mondays 9:00 - 10:00am / $50 / March 21 - May 30
Wednesdays 10:15 - 11:15am / $50 / March 23 - June 1
Thursdays 11:15am - 12:15pm / $50 / March 24 - June 2

Tone up, build strength, and dance your way to good health with this Latin-inspired, low-impact, cardio-based workout. Learning and practicing dance moves not only improves your balance, coordination, and agility, it's a great workout for the brain! Class includes strength training with weights.
You will need: weights, space to move around.
